We are located at 850 Prospect Street which is on the south side of Fredericton. With the TransCanada Highway minutes from our campus, it is easy to travel from Oromocto (home to Canadian Forces Base Gagetown) as well as many other communities.
Parking
The Fredericton campus is pleased to have onsite parking available for our students. We have approximately 85 spaces with overflow parking a 2-minute walk up the street. If you do not want to drive your own vehicle, your Eastern College Student ID makes you eligible for the Fredericton Transit System monthly student pass and there is a covered bus shelter right outside our front door.
Housing
Located directly across the street from our school you will find 21 apartment buildings with a variety of bachelor, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. There are also many other living accommodations all within a 5-10 minute drive. Grocery and shopping amenities are close by.

Because of our ideal Campus location, we have many restaurants within walking distance and a 5-minute drive will take you to the Regent Mall (115 stores and services). At the bottom of Regent Street, parallel to the Saint John River, you will find the Fredericton Public Library. Additionally, the Harriett Irving Library is mere minutes from our campus. Fredericton also has a brand new sports complex, with another currently under construction.
