Part-time student volunteers called Network Technician Assistants (NTAs) may be available in your campus to assist with technical issues. They are still learning about IT support and may not have all of the answers to your questions. Nevertheless, they can assist by notifying the IT Support Team about your technical issues to expedite the process.
