The Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Management (BEAM) Diploma at Eastern College is built for those balancing real-life commitments with big goals. With half-day classes held just four days a week, students have time for work, family, and everything else that matters, without putting their education on hold. 

This comprehensive business diploma program combines core business principles with practical training in tools such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Microsoft Access. Students develop confidence and expertise in key areas, including human resources, project management, business law, digital marketing, and organizational behaviour. The business courses also encourages entrepreneurial thinking, making it ideal for those interested in launching or managing a business.

Program Details

Success in business takes more than ideas; it takes skills, support, and a clear path forward. The 65-week Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Management (BEAM) Diploma is designed to deliver all three. 

Students begin with foundational courses in business communication, professional development, and digital literacy, building essential workplace competencies. Financial management training through QuickBooks and Sage 50 ensures students are ready for accounting roles or small business ownership. Courses in entrepreneurship, HR, project planning, business law, and organizational behaviour help students understand what it takes to lead and succeed in a business setting. 

The program also covers modern marketing and digital strategies, giving students a solid understanding of branding, online engagement, and consumer behaviour. Throughout their studies, students benefit from career-focused support, including help with resumes, LinkedIn profiles, interview techniques, and job search strategies. 

A 200-hour internship rounds out the program, providing valuable real-world experience and networking opportunities. Graduates of the Online Business Program are ready to pursue roles in administration, business operations, and office management, or to take the next step toward building a business of their own.
