Personal Support Worker (PSW) Course at Eastern College Fredericton Campus. I had a wonderful experience pursuing my Personal Support Worker (PSW) course at Eastern College's Fredericton campus. The program was well-structured, and the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. I appreciated the hands-on training and the opportunity to practice my skills in a real-world setting. The School Team, The school team at Eastern College Fredericton campus is exceptional. From the director to the admissions team, the instructors and support staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs. They provided me with the guidance and resources I needed to succeed in my studies. I would highly recommend Eastern College to anyone interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.

Very supportive and welcoming college, the staff made the college process way easier and much more enjoyable. With online, remote and in person learning options, it really gives everyone the opportunity to succeed.

Looking back now, I can confidently say: God bless the day I walked into Eastern College—I was at the right place, at the right time. The environment was welcoming, and most staffs were supportive. The school director, Chris Kantor, operated an open-door policy that created a real sense of community. Whether you had a concern, an idea, or just needed a listening ear, Chris was always accessible. That kind of leadership makes a HUGE difference in your student experience—it made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Sometimes I wonder how she does it. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to meet a great person like her. One of the most impactful parts of my journey was having Professor Tracey Tucker as my instructor. From the beginning, she was known for her high standards and strict expectations. At first, it felt intense—but in time, we all came to understand the purpose behind her firmness. She wasn’t just teaching us to pass a program; she was preparing us for life beyond the classroom. She challenged us to rise above the ordinary, to never settle for “just enough,” and to push ourselves to be the very best in our field. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful for her discipline—Her teaching style not only sharpened our skills but helped us develop discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic that I now apply in my everyday life and career. Eastern College gave me more than an education—They gave me purpose, direction, and a renewed belief in myself. My Instructor, Carl Gagnon, was amazing! He took the time to understand how each student learns best and adapted the way he presented the lessons accordingly. The support staff are also fantastic. Heidi Manzer and Angela Sloan at the front desk are always friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need. The Campus Director, Chris Kantor is also great at checking up on students and encouraging their success. Kaziya Chanda was invaluable with helping find a placement for me and Marina was an extremely important first contact for me at the school. She was very friendly and helpful with getting my school application completed. I would highly recommend the Fredericton Eastern College Campus to anyone looking to change or start a new career.

As an international student in a different private career college, I found Eastern college flier and researched more about the college and its programs. At completion of my program with previous college and with my decision to take on a different course, I knew that eastern college was the place for me so I enrolled for PSW in eastern college in June 2024. The college rules and policies are inclusive, the ambient and environment is very welcoming. Staff are polite, respectful and very helpful always available to listen and follow through to resolve students issues. The instructors are best in their roles, firm, detailed and very thorough, (you must dot every i and cross all t's) this has makes me stand out among other PSW's where I work. At completion of my program, I realized I made the best decision by choosing Eastern college. I found my pathway to succes at Eastern College .

Such a big fan of this college! The staff are amazing and very approachable. Since day one I’ve been treated so well which makes learning about my program that much easier. I still have quite a bit of time left until I graduate, but based on my experience up to this point, I’m truly looking forward to the remainder of my time at Eastern!

I had the pleasure of being in Mrs. Arseneault's class, for Personal Support Worker. She has shown compassion with this course and us, she always made sure we understood the material and made studying less stressful. She worked with every single one of and made sure that we are able to do the labs and assignment's. She would ask us questions to see if we understood the material. I would defiantly recommend Mrs. Arseneault as a teacher, she is very kind and always makes sure we are doing okay. She helps us when we need it.

I would like to share my experience I had during my school days at Eastern college where I completed my Diploma in Personal Support Worker program, I must say coming to complete my program at Eastern college was the best thing that ever happened to me, as the learning environment was conducive, the school provided us with the learning materials that we needed for the program, and also good Instructors that guided us throughout our career. Therefore, I would recommend Eastern College for anyone who wants to build his/her career and be confident after graduation.

Wayne Hayes was my instructor in Advance System Management and Cybersecurity. He was very effective in assigning students materials and equipment, was eager to give challenging assignments to us to help us to improve our knowledge and always guided students to proper resources whenever help was needed.
