When Llana began exploring post-secondary options, she was determined to find more than just a program. After careful research, she chose Eastern College’s Medical Office Administration program, a decision that she says changed the course of her life.

The instructors genuinely cared about our success, and that encouragement helped me believe in myself, even during the most challenging times.”

Throughout her program, Llana built the technical and professional skills needed to thrive in a healthcare setting. From mastering medical terminology and office procedures to learning how to communicate effectively with patients and professionals, she developed a strong foundation for her future career. What stood out most to her was the sense of community and encouragement that came from her instructors and classmates.

One of her most memorable experiences was completing her practicum placement, where everything she had learned came together.
